Refund and Returns Policy

At Dar Al Yaqout, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinetry.

  • Cut-to-size marble, ceramic, or exterior stone.

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos or inspection before authorizing a return or replacement.

  • Approved defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Shipping, delivery, or installation fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • In cases where partial payment was made, only the refundable portion of the payment (excluding customization and service costs) will be reimbursed.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired replacement is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

  • If the replacement is of lesser value, the balance will be refunded in accordance with our refund process.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@daralyaqout.com or call +971 50 165 8826.

  2. Provide order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return authorization process.

  4. Items must be returned to the designated address provided by Dar Al Yaqout.


7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of items.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production or shipping.
